  7.    ClipChars is programmer's tool which offers a simple GUI allowing the user
  8.    to select any printable character. Decimal and hex values of each character
  9.    are displayed as they are selected. Characters may be copied to the
  10.    clipboard and it may also be configured to insert characters directly into
  11.    any ARrexx capable editor with a command similar to CED's "enter ascii"
  12.    command.
